About the Partners

Nick Rimes is authorised to act as an Insolvency Practitioner by The Secretary of State for Trade and Industry and is a member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals.

Nick has over 20 years experience in dealing with financial difficulty and insolvency matters and has worked for several of the country’s leading specialists in business recovery and insolvency, including periods with national firms in London, Birmingham and Worcester.

Nick formed Rimes & Co in January 2008 having qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in 2006 in order to offer his wealth of experience, knowledge and understanding to those suffering from financial difficulties and to work closely with a network of professional advisors that has been established throughout his career.

Adam Jordan is licensed to act as an Insolvency Practitioner by the Insolvency Practitioners Association and a Member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals.

Adam has been working in insolvency since 2002 and has established himself as an accomplished professional in the insolvency field and has accrued valuable experience in the profession.
